从事长链非编码RNA在肝癌、非酒精性脂肪肝病等中的生物学功能和分子机制的研究，及长链非编码RNA物种之间的保守性和RNA核酸药物开发等。近年来在本领域的研究成果发表20余篇，其中具有影响力的国际期刊：Gastroenterology, The Journal of Clinical Investigation, Nature Communications, Hepatology (3篇), Cell Research, Cancer Research, Cancer Letters，Journal of Experimental & Clinical Cancer Research，MedComm 等
