背景介绍

袁富文,上海中医药大学研究员、博士生导师,上海市海外高层次人才。毕业于北京大学,获医学学士、心理学学士(双学位)及医学博士学位,随后赴美国杜克大学开展博士后研究。曾荣获美国国防部Early Investigator Research Award、欧洲BIOMOLECULES期刊Young Investigator Award,并入选上海市领军人才(海外)计划。长期致力于肿瘤发生发展及耐药机制研究,综合运用生物信息学、表观遗传学、CRISPR基因编辑及系统组学等前沿技术,结合中西医协同研究策略,系统解析肿瘤恶性进展与耐药形成的关键分子机制,挖掘潜在治疗靶点,并推动肿瘤治疗新技术与候选药物的研发。以第一作者或通讯作者身份在PNASNature Biomedical EngineeringNucleic Acids Research等国际高水平期刊发表论文20余篇。主编及副主编学术专著2部。获批美国技术专利1项,申请国家发明专利1项。主持国家自然科学基金项目2项、美国国防部基础研究项目1。开设并主讲研究生课程《系统生物学技术在中医药研究中的应用》,并参编多部行业规划教材。
