肠道微生物与代谢研究中心成立于2021年11月1日，主要围绕肠道微生态开展生理、病理功能和作用机制的研究，尤其专注于肠道微生物介导内源性代谢调控方面的研究。目前，肠道微生物与代谢研究中心团队包括1名国家杰青、讲座教授，1名副研究员，2名助理研究员和博士后，5名博士、硕士研究生。自团队组建以来，已获得2项国家自然科学基金，1项校级人才计划资助，累积发表SCI论文30余篇，其中7篇论文影响因子大于5分。

The Gut Microbiota and Metabolic Research Center is established on Nov 1, 2021. The center mainly investigates the gut microbiome and its mechanistic role in physiological and pathological functions, particularly focusing on the direction of the gut microbiota-mediated endogenous metabolism. To dates, research team of the center includes 1 Chair Professor, 1 Associate Research Fellow, 1 Assistant Research Fellow, 1 Postdoc Fellow, 5 Medical doctor and master postgraduates. The team has granted 2 funds from National Natural Science Foundation of China, 1 “Young Xinglin scientists” Program funded by Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine. More than 30 scientific research has been published on international journals related to the gastrointestinal medical, microbiological and pharmacological areas, of which 7 high-quality articles’ impact factors was more than 5.
