研究平台配备有先进的心血管疾病动物体内实验设备,包括:小动物呼吸机,麻醉机,心电图仪 ,小鼠尾静脉注射仪等。同时配备分子细胞实验用设备,包括:冷冻离心机,多功能酶标仪;UV/UF 超纯水系统;自动压力蒸汽高压灭菌锅器;全自动样品快速研磨仪;倒置荧光显微镜; 凝胶电泳仪;废液抽吸系统;冰冻切片机,定量PCR仪;凝胶成像分析系统。在此基础上,建立多种心脑血管疾病相关药物筛选和临床前药效学评价体系,包括抗血小板药物,降血脂药物,降糖药物,抗静脉血栓药物,抗中风药物,抗动脉粥样硬化药物,抗心梗药物等多种药物的药效学评价体系和方法15项,完善心脑血管疾病基础研究和心脑血管药物筛选和临床前药效学评价实验室。建立和完善间充质干细胞培养和动物注射技术,并利用间充质干细胞移植探索传统中药减少心肌梗死面积和改善心功能的药理作用和分子机制。利用体外血小板聚集仪和体外三氯化铁血栓形成分析仪探索疾病状态下血小板反应性和病理机制。
Cardiovascular Disease Research Platform
The platform is equipped with in vivo experimental instrument for cardiovascular disease animals, including animal ventilator, anesthesia machine, electrocardiograph, mouse tail vein injection instrument. We also have instruments for in vitro experiments, including centrifuge, multifunctional microplate reader, UV / UF ultrapure water system, Automatic steam sterilizer, tissue Grinder, inverted fluorescence microscope, electrophoresis system, Waste liquid suction system, frozen slicer, quantitative PCR instrument and gel imaging analysis system. Thus, we improve different drug screening experiments and pharmacologic evaluation methods for cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, including hyperlipidemia, hyperglycemia, thrombosis, stroke, atherosclerosis, myocardial infarction and heart failure. We establish mesenchymal stem cells and induced pluripotent stem cells technique, and transplant stem cell by intravenous injection to evaluate the protective effects of traditional chinese medicine in myocardial infarction area and improve cardiac function. We evaluate platelet reactivity and pathological mechanisms in vitro under disease state using aggregometer, and observe in vivo thrombus formation in different animal models using FeCl3-induced thrombus formation instrument.
